A-1 Upgrades was established in October of 1995.

Founder Barry Schriftman managed a computer department in a large CPA firm in the Philadelphia area for over six years.

From the first year in business, A-1 Upgrades has been supporting medical practices and small businesses with all their information technology needs.

A-1 Upgrades business model is designed to reduce their clients frustrations by providing professionally assembled and installed hardware and software by the manufacturer’s standards and by providing a level of communication that reduces confusion.

All staff at A-1 Upgrades is personally trained and no support person will be ready to provide support without at least a four to eight week intense training program for our clients benefit.

A-1 Upgrades also attends Intel’s technical solution trainings and must qualify every year with each vendor we partner with.
